General description

This PhosphoDetect™ Anti-NBS1 (pSer³⁴³) Rabbit pAb is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting, Immunoprecipitation for the detection of NBS1 (pSer³⁴³).

Recognizes the ~95 kDa nibrin protein phosphorylated at Ser³⁴³ in δ-irradiated lymphoblastoid cells.

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied as adsorbed diluted serum. Recognizes the ~95 kDa nibrin (NBS1) protein phosphorylated at Ser³⁴³.

a synthetic phosphopeptide [TPGPSLpSQGVSVD(C)] corresponding to amino acids 337-349 surrounding the Ser³⁴³ phosphorylation site of human nibrin, conjugated to diphtheria toxoid

This antibody preparation has been adsorbed against non-phosphopeptide that corresponds to the immunogen sequence. Does not detect non-phosphorylated nibrin protein. Antibody should be titrated for optimal results in individual systems.
